One Arroyo Project - Woodlands Loop and Streamside Walk - Construction Phase 77382 - City of Pasadena

This project provides for the construction of the Woodlands Loop and Streamside Walk portion of the One Arroyo demonstration projects. The construction will focus on restoration and enhancement of the trail in these two critical linkages. Key improvements will be developed in conjunction with public input and could include safety and wayfinding improvements, improved access for users, connectivity improvements and trail enhancements while being sensitive to the natural environment of these portions of the Arroyo. This project is included in the City of Pasadena's FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of August 11, 2022, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available. Funding is anticipated is 2022. $4,125,000 remains unfunded.* A timeline for construction has not been determined. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
