Description

The Contractor shall be responsible for design, permitting, construction, and operation, maintenance, transportation and disposal/processing services for a new Transfer Station to accept, transfer, and dispose of the non-hazardous MSW generated in Calvert County that is not otherwise diverted or processed for reuse or recycling.
