| Description | The proposed work to be performed consists of replacing existing carpeted flooring in the Finance offices, in the PB&Z offices, and in the Administration Offices with luxury vinyl plank flooring at the Village of Palm Springs Main Village Hall Complex. The proposed work to be performed consists of replacing approximately 1,590 square feet of the existing carpeted flooring in the Finance offices, 1,370 square feet in the PB&Z offices, and 1,300 square feet in the Administration Offices as indicated on the marked-up floor plan attached as exhibit ‘A’ with luxury vinyl plank flooring at the Village of Palm Springs Main Village building located at 226 Cypress Lane, Palm Springs, FL 33461. In addition, the proposed work also includes the replacement of existing vinyl baseboard with 5-1/4” wood baseboard to be prepped and painted white. Approximate square footages shall be verified by the Contractor prior to bid. |
