| Description | The intent of this solicitation is to select up to four (4) successful bidders for the provision of white Silica Sand with the option for pickup and delivery. The sand shall be purchased from the successful bidder on an as needed basis; therefore, it is understood by the bidder that no warranty is given or implied as to the quantities that will be purchased daily. The awarded bidder shall provide to the County all necessary materials, expertise, and equipment to supply sand; meeting or exceeding the specification in this contract.
