Description Furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, permits and fees required to mow grass and cleanup designated properties within the City on an as needed basis for the Department of Planning and Community Development due to violations of Section 34-110(b) and Section 34-109 (a) of the City of Suffolk and/or the Uniform Statewide Building Code. Other cutting/cleanup requirements are subject to competitive procedures. The City reserves the option to renew this agreement for two (2) additional one-year periods ending October 31, 2021. Unless notified in writing thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date, the contract will automatically renew during these periods.
