| Description | Work, without limiting the generality thereof, consists of furnishing all labor, material, equipment necessary to complete the project as indicated on the drawings and as specified. Part 1: 1. The demolition and disposal of the water damaged (refer to attached photos) GWB (Gypsum Wall Board) and insulation on the exterior wall of the Media Center. The affected area is 7.0’W x 64.0’L+/- . Provide and install new wall insulation and 5/8” thick GWB. Mud and tape for finishes. Paint color to be determined. 2. The demolition and disposal of water damaged bookshelves (refer to attached photos) below the window sills. Salvage any bookshelves that may be reused. Provide and install new bookshelves to match existing. The area is the same as the above. Part 2: 1. Room #34: Demo and dispose of the existing HVAC bulkhead. Provide and install materials for a new bulkhead. 2. Room #36: Removal and cleanup of mold. 3. Room #38: Removal and cleanup of mold. |
