Intermodal Parking Garage - Waterproofing and Structural Repairs

Upon written notice from the Authority that it intends to accept the Bidder's proposal, the successful Bidder will be required to furnish to the Authority, within fifteen (15) business days of such notice all insurance certificates. The Authority reserves the right, at its option, to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities, defects, errors or omissions, irregularities in any or all bids if it is in the best interest of the Authority to do so and to award only to those whose bid is deemed by the Authority to be most advantageous to the interest of the Authority. Any Bid that Authority concludes fails to meet all the requirements of the Contract Documents will be considered non-responsive and will be rejected. This project is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates. All contractors must be licensed to work in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
