Heritage Park Renovation

The Town of Weymouth invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for construction of a "stone retaining wall" with associated site, concrete, landscaping work under the direction of the Director of Asset Management for The Town of Weymouth, per the Scope of Work contained in the IFB. Bidders shall submit SEALED BIDS. The Bids must be signed and placed in a SEALED envelope marked with the Bidder's name, date of Opening, and labeled "Heritage Park Renovation". The SEALED BIDS must comply with all minimum requirements set forth in this IFB in order to be considered responsive. All questions and requests for clarifications must be received in writing by 3 PM on Monday, August 8, 2022. All answers will be in the form of an addendum and sent to registered Bidders by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, August 10, 2022. All questions are to be sent to David McKinley dmckinley@BETA-inc.com . The Chief Procurement Officer will make the award of the contract. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any minor informality in the bids if it appears to be in the Town's best interest. The Town reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion, to reject any and all bids, and accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
