Description

HARRIMAN UTILITY BOARD (HUB) Harriman, TN American Rescue Plan (ARPA) Water System Improvements The Harriman Utility Board (HUB)requests Statements of Qualifications from administration consultants for water system improvements. The project involves interconnection of HUB's water system with that of the Crab Orchard Utility District (COUD). HUB plans to begin design/planning in the fall of 2023 and complete the entire project by spring 2026. Specific services to be performed include providing strategic recommendations, verifying eligibility, providing guidance, review, and recommendation of HUB's processes with respect to ARPA/TDEC compliance. For additional technical specifications (if available) and other project specific information, please contact HUB's General Manager, Mrs. Candace Vannasdale, P.E., at (865) 882-3242. HUB's staff and governing board will review the Statements of Qualifications. Finalists may be invited to make presentations on a date to be announced. A contract will then be negotiated with the consultant deemed most qualified for this project.
