Nathan Hale-Ray High School Athletic Complex

The work site is located at Nathan Hale-Ray High School Soccer Field, located at 15 School Drive, Moodus CT.The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion the work shown on the Drawings and described in these Specifications including, but not necessarily limited to, the following: Construction of a new running track and synthetic turf field and throw areas, associated pathways, retaining wall and building renovation. Contractors must provide: Bidder's Name, contact name, phone number and email address to receive documents and be placed on the official Plan Holders List. Contractors that obtain Contract Documents from a source other than the Issuing Office must notify the Issuing Office in order to be placed on the official Plan Holders List, receive Addenda, and other Bid correspondence. Bids received from Contractors other than those on the official Plan Holders list will not be accepted.The project must be completed between January 2023 and August 2023. All bids must be made on the official Bid Form or an exact copy by reproduction thereof and enclosed in a sealed envelope. This is a unit price bid as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his/her bid within forty-five calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent of the base bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish construction performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the contract price.
