Includes design and construction of a metal building, site pavement, and utility infrastructure as illustrated and specified on combined 35% construction document packages marked NVZR 18-0055 CONSTRUCT FSS WAREHOUSE. If only the base bid is awarded, the Contractor shall prepare a set of construction documents for one (1) metal building under the following project number: NVZR 18-0055.
