Performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount will also be required, guaranteeing faithful performance of the Contractor. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the opening of bids The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
