Description

Qualified contractor to perform services relating to elevator and lift maintenance and modernization as well as related solutions. This includes the furnishing of all material, labor, supervision, tools, supplies, and other expenses necessary to provide full service and preventative maintenance services, and repairs of every description, including inspections, adjustments, test and replacement of parts as herein specified for all equipment covered under this contract. Contractor shall offer services for all manufacturers’ equipment to keep equipment in safe, fully operational condition.
