Cultural Center Window and Exterior Repairs

The Town of North Haven seeks bids for window and exterior repairs at the Cultural Center, 27 Broadway. The submitted bid proposal shall provide for all labor, material and equipment required to complete the project requirements as listed within the scope of work below: Scrape, sand, re-caulk, re-putty all windows. Apply touch-up and two coats of exterior latex paint. All sides - Repair any damaged wood with an epoxy filler. Work site must be kept clean of debris and hazards at all times. Remove all loose paint, sand and patch with epoxy filler to provide a smooth surface, touchup 2 coats exterior latex paint all wood surface at entry protocol as well as railings and column bases Replace wood frieze northeast side of front entrance to match northwest side. Repair deteriorated wood @ columns. The Director of Administration/Procurement reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects in same, or to choose to make purchases other than strictly in accordance with price considerations, andfor to choose other than the lowest bidder, if it be deemed in the best interest of the Town of North Haven.
