Seeking sealed proposals from qualified firms or individuals for second and third floor and partial first floor design, development, and buildout, followed by long-term operation and management of the Del Sol Multi-Modal Transportation Center (Project). The City of Yuma (City) envisions the Project as a multi-story, public-private partnership in which the selected developer will complete the build out of the shelled second and third stories and leasable first floor space of a newly constructed, Multi-Modal Transportation Center at the site of the historic Hotel Del Sol, located at 300 South Gila Street in downtown Yuma, Arizona.
