For all Locations the work consists of the construction of a 1.5” lift of Hot-Mix Asphalt Surface Course, IL-9.5, N50 along with necessary and related work. e alternate bid section is in Alden Township, McHenry County, Illinois on Fink Road and Oak Springs Drive with an improvement length of 4,390 feet. DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS For the Base bid Locations A, B, and C, Green Valley Drive, French Drive, and Mansion Heights Drive, the work consists of the construction of a 1.5” lift of Hot-Mix Asphalt Surface Course, IL-9.5, N50 along with necessary and related work as detailed in the Special Provisions and the Estimate of Quantities. For the Alternate bid Locations D and E, Oak Springs Drive and Fink Road, the work consists of the construction of a 1.5” lift of Hot-Mix Asphalt Surface Course, IL-9.5, N50 along with necessary and related work as detailed in the Special Provisions and the Estimate of Quantities.
