Myrick Lane

Approximately 7,500 linear feet of roadway, two 170 linear foot, 3-span TxDOT standard bridges (44-foot width), 5,510 linear feet of storm drain (18-inch dia. to 6-foot x 3-foot RCB), replacement of parkway landscaping, illumination, traffic control and maintenance for Myrick Lane (County Road 400) from Farm to Market (FM) 982 to the west line of Winchester Crossing Phase 4. Myrick Lane is pro-posed as a Type “A” Principal Arterial in a nominal 130’ Right-of-Way. The outside four (4) lanes and both bridge structures will be built from Sheamar Lane to FM 982. The two (2) outside west-bound lanes will be built from Sheamar Lane to the west line of Winchester Crossing Phase 4.
