Description

The Municipal Housing Authority of the City of Schenectady, hereinafter referred to as "Authority," is seeking a qualified firm to provide Architectural Services on an indefinitequantity basis for the Capital Fund Program (CFP). Projects are a derivative of open CFP grants as well as the 5-Year Agency Plan, which identifies future CFP projects. However, emergency projects that utilize CFP funds are also added to an open CFP grant and the chosen firm could also be asked to take on these projects under our Agreement. The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to award a contract to the responsible firm whose qualifications, and other factors considered, are the most advantageous to the Authority.
