Lakeside Adventure Park / Sturgis

Scope: new construction of a park. Project to include a four-acre lake with beach, water slides, an aquatics obstacle course, pickleball courts, volleyball courts, a walking path, a memorial splash pad, and mini golf. It also would include restrooms, concessions. As of June 2023, the project is in design and construction documents are expected to be completed in December 2023, with contractor bidding to follow in January 2024. The City Council approved the project in February 2023.
