| Description | ***As of August 30, 2022. Bid rejected due to overbudget. Project Duration: 50 Work Days Liquidated Damages: $1,000.00 Per Calendar Day Bid Bond Percentage: 10% The proposed scope of work includes a slurry seal of the listed streets in the City of Mill Valley as shown as Exhibit A. As outlined in the schedule of bid items, this work includes, but is not limited to, implementation of storm water pollution and prevention; traffic control; localized pavement and subgrade repairs; crack sealing; applying asphalt slurry seal; repairing street pavement at localized areas, applying striping, markers, crosswalks and legends; and all other work related to slurry seal the existing asphalt streets and restore the street striping to existing conditions, and install new striping as called for in the Special Provisions, and as directed by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer. The Project includes, but is not limited to, performing the following Work: -Repairing localized pavement surface and subgrade repairs -Installing a Type II asphalt slurry seal -Installing striping and pavement markings replacement |
