Description

The proposed work consists of approximately 25,795 SY of chip seal asphalt pavement surfacing and traffic control. Alternate No. 1 to include 4,117 SY of chip seal asphalt pavement surfacing and traffic control. All work to be in accordance with KDOT specifications and project specifications. A performance and statutory bond will be required. The agreement will include a two-year warranty period for materials and workmanship. A sales tax exemption certificate will be furnished for materials incorporated into the project. Bid price should include other required taxes.
