UU FMAB Restroom Upgrade FY19

The project includes the remodel of a portion of existing building #36 Film and Media Arts Building. The work includes the demolition of the existing restrooms on the main level and the construction of new code compliant restrooms that may be easily converted into the unisex design model in the near future. Two existing water service lines (running back to building #37) will be replaced. The work includes all of the structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security and IT modifications needed to accommodate the construction of the new restrooms.
