Art Museum of South Texas Elevator Modernization

The project scope involves the replacement and repair of the existing elevator equipment at the City Hall. Replacement of the elevator shall consist of hoist machines, hoist cables, controller mounted drive and related accessories for three passenger elevators and one service elevator as shown in construction documents. Includes providing new wall panels, ceiling panels, lighting and finishes at existing passenger elevator cabs. Make all code required changes and meet all requirements as indicated in drawings and specifications. Refer to contract documents, plans and specifications for additional information. The project is located at 1902 N Shoreline Blvd in Corpus Christi, Texas. as described in the attached specifications. working hours are between 7 AM and 12 AM Midnight unless other times are specifically authorized in writing by City.
