Description Arizona State University (ASU) hereby invites interested and qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) teams to submit a written statement of qualifications to provide construction services for two (2) separate parking lots which will provide a total of 412-420 parking spaces in support of the ASU Health Solutions Center at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona. Construction services for two (2) separate parking lots, which will provide a total of 412-420 parking spaces. Two separate lots will have approximately 223 and 191 spaces each. The amenities such as electric vehicle (EV) spaces, ADA spaces, emergency call blue lights, wayfinding signs and adequate landscaping in compliance with proposed DR/SB3 design standard will be provided.
