As of November 22, 2022, construction is underway. A timeline for completion has not been confirmed. No further inquires to be accepted. The Contractor will be evaluated and selected based on technical competence, experience working on buildings on the National Register of Historic Places, the capacity and capability to perform the work within the time allotted, past record of performance, and knowledge of Federal, State and Town of Granby procedures, approximately weighted in descending order of importance. Contractors responding to this request should be of adequate size and sufficiently staffed to perform the assignment described. The selected firm must meet all Town of Granby, State and Federal affirmative action and equal employment opportunity practices.
