2023 Fremont School District 79 District Office Renovations

A. General: Cooperate fully with separate contractors so work on those contracts may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying work under this Contract. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed under separate contracts. B. Products Ordered in Advance: The Owner has negotiated Purchase Orders with suppliers of material and equipment to be incorporated into the Work. Owner will assign these Purchase Orders to this Contract for installation. 1. Costs for receiving, handling, storage if required, and installation of material and equipment are included in the Contract Sum of this Construction. 2. Contractors responsibilities are same as if Contractor had negotiated Purchase Orders, including responsibility to renegotiate purchase and to execute final Purchase-Order agreements. 3. List of Products Ordered in Advance: a. Removable cores. This project includes: Interior renovations to the District Office and associated including mechanical and electrical, exterior door removal and window installation.
