Waste Water Treatment Plant ACO Improvements at the Grosse Ile Waste Water Treatment Plant

Base Bid: The construction of 60'0 clarifier and associated work; Intermediate lift station pump and associated work; RSP # 4 replacement and associate work; All related bid items are delineated in section 011000 Summary of work. To submit a bid for this project, prospective Bidders shall purchase Bid Documents from the C.E. Raines Company. Bids shall remain firm and may not be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after the actual date of opening thereof. A properly completed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check in a sum not less than five (5) percent of the proposed amount of the proposal submitted, shall accompany each proposal as security for acceptance of the Contract by the lowest qualified bidder. Should the Contractor fail to enter into a Contract agreement with the Owner, through no fault of the Owner, he/she shall forfeit the entire amount of the security to the Owner.
