Renovation of Chestnut Bathhouse and Campground

A full renovation of an existing 770 square foot bathhouse at the Chestnut Loop Campground. Electrical and plumbing systems will be completely replaced, unit heaters and ventilation will be provided. The Chestnut Loop campground will be renovated to improve three of the existing campsites, and one campsite will be added to the campground, each with a new water and electrical connection. Two of these sites will have a sewer connection to a new septic tank to replace the existing tank. A van-accessible concrete parking space, new sidewalks around the building, and regrading with stormwater management is included.
