| Description | For Springfield Public Parking Improvements The work shall consist of furnishing all products and equipment and performing all labor necessary to perform the following: The work to be done shall consist of providing all materials and performing all labor necessary but not limited to rehabilitate the existing Springfield City Hall parking lot including 165 lb/SY of 9.5 mm mix asphalt, curb and gutter, brick paver aisles, sidewalk, GAB, and striping. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of thirty (30) days. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified cashier's check in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid. Contractor shall comply with E-Verify regulations. |
