As of March 8, 2023, the project has been awarded. A contract award amount and a timeline for construction have not been confirmed. Plans call for A 4-story, 51-unit wood frame building and a storm shelter on a 53,376 square foot site. The total building construction is 66,540 square feet. Site work, onsite parking (51 spaces) and offsite site utilities will also be included in the project and A multi-building project consisting of 11 buildings with a mixture of townhomes and rowhomes and a total of 51 living units with 77,161 square feet of construction. Site work consists of underground utilities, storage and storm shelter structures, parking, landscaping, and amenities. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
