Scope of work consists of a 11,985 Sq Ft metal building with a 33' high eve and a single slope standing seam roof. MEP's are to be Design Build. Building is to have a simple saver system insulation rooftop unit for heating and cooling in the storage and restroom/office areas. Modine heaters in the smaller storage and repair areas. aluminum framed storefront windows and (1) entry door. (5) insulated 3070 metal doors and frames with hardware. (9) interior 3070 Metal doors and frames with hardware. (6) 10 x 12 insulated overhead doors with openers. (1) 12 x 14 insulated overhead door with opener. Toilet partitions are to be plastic. 6" metal building insulation on exterior walls and ceiling. need option for in floor heating please give allowance for tile in 2 bathrooms. please give allowance for carpet in office area. excvation consists of - 4 foot Frost walls for foundation. Gradding gravel driveway. and prep for 6" interior concrete slab throughout. Steel fabrication - for the bollards Storefront and windows (5) 5' x 5' on the square windows with a aluminum frame. (10) 6' x 3' on the higher windows with aluminum frame No entrance storefront needed, Owner decided to go with a metal exterior door instead. Start date would be late fall 2021.
