| Description | The Contractor shall perform Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) on an as needed basis and will be compensated for the services in accordance with the service rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet. The Contractor shall include all labor, design, engineering, equipment, parts, devices, materials, programming, tools, licenses, bonds, permits, supervision, inspection, insurance, transportation, travel and per diem and every other item of expense necessary to provide services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitations (CDCR), Inmate Ward Labor (IWL) at the California Health Care Facility, 7707 Austin Road, Stockton, California 95215. Letters of Inquiry Due 1:00 p.m. on February 16, 2023 The total amount of this Agreement will be written for the States estimate of $50,000.00. |
