| Description | Darlington County is looking to upgrade the parking lot at 109 North Main Street. This proposal will consist of a two-phase proposal. Phase-One ~ Engineer part to construct the plan for the stormwater requirements of the parking lot. To include but not limited to the flow of water off the parking lot. This will consist of the stormwater requirements for local, state and federal regulation. Plans must be approved by the City of Darlington. Phase-Two ~ Upgrade the parking lot to house as many standard size vehicle parking spaces as possible. This includes but not limited to, grading, preparation, asphalt, and painting of parking lot. Bump guards are required at each parking space close to the building. Parking lot shall be ADA compliance. |
