Description | Any questions or inquiries must be submitted in writing, and must be received by the Purchasing Manager no later than seven (7) calendar days before the Request for Proposals due date to be considered Qualifications: Registered with the New Hampshire Secretary of States Office and be in good standing. Requests for Proposals may be issued only by the Purchasing Manager, or his designee, to authorized firms, and are not transferable unless authorized by the Purchasing Manager, or his designee. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cash check drawn by a New Hampshire bank, or bid bond for and subject to the conditions provided in the Request for Proposals. The amount of such bid deposit shall be $500.00 made payable to the City of Concord, New Hampshire. The successful contractor will be required to furnish a Payment Bond and Performance Bond in the total amount of $5,000.00. All proposals received will be considered confidential and not available for public review until after a vendor has been selected. The City of Concord reserves the right to waive any formality, informality, information and/or errors in the proposals submitted and the right to reject any or all proposals at its discretion and to accept the proposal which will be in the best interest of the City; or to purchase on the open market if it is considered in the best interest of the City to do so. Scope of work to include: Residential Mobile Home Park of 7 streets Includes speed bumps Mail-house, pump house, and entrance at beginning of park Snow to be plowed upon two inches (2”) of snowfall 1. Salt and Sand mix to be applied after every storm on an as needed basis to address icing, melting & freezing 2. All streets shall be plowed as early in the storm as possible. Streets shall be kept as clear as possible throughout the storm 3. All streets shall to be widened to accommodate two car widths, 4. Intersections are to be plowed back to allow visibility and turn radius 5. Snow removal as needed to maintain safety 6. Snow removal at pump house, mail house, and fire hydrants 7. Spring cleanup to include removal of accumulated sand and salt debris left by the plowing to be removed from Fieldstone Village Cooperative property, repair of any lawn damage Contract for plowing to begin Oct. 15, 2023- April 30, 2024 Spring Cleanup to be completed no later than May 20, 2024 Proof of insurance and W-9 to be provided upon award of bid |
