| Description | Project is to replace two culverts, one on DeSilva Road and one on Upper Boiceville Road; the project also includes the daylighting of the culvert that passes under Old Route 28 just west of the DeSilva Road culvert. The project may also include the installation of a dry hydrant at the Upper Boiceville site, which has been included as an add alternate. Project objectives include installing detours, precast concrete culverts, bridge railing and approach guiderail, full-depth roadway reconstruction, daylighting of existing culvert, channel improvements and landscaping. |
