Mill Creek and Upper Thorofare Bridges Substructure Repairs Phase 2 Improvements Along Ocean Drive (C.R. 621) The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et.seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27: 27. must be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check or a bid bond for not less than 10% of the amount bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, drawn to the order of Cape May County, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above. There is no Federal Funding on this project and no FHWA Construction Oversight on this project. This project has no DBE Goal and no trainee goals.
