Description | Scope of Work: 1.)45’(foot) x 40’(foot) metal building 2.)85 pound per square foot load. slab with code compliant footers 3.)Floor slab to slope 1” (inch) overall from west (high) to east (low) with smooth finish. 4.)Orientation: long axis N/S, high side to east 5.)16’ (foot) height on high side with 1/12 pitch roof single slope to west wall 6.)Roof panels to be caulked at seams with dark brown roof color 7.)Walls and trim to match existing building (white wall with red trim. 8.)26-gauge r-type panels to match existing building. 9.)R-10 insulation, vinyl covered in walls and roof. 10.)Gutters on low roof edge to drain to ground level. 11.)Three (3) each 12’(foot) x 12’ (foot) panel garage doors, insulated placed 18” (inches) from each end with nominal width 36” (inches) between doors on east wall. 12.)Three (3) garage door openers installed to each overhead door. No remote access. 13.)One (1) each 7’(foot) x 3’(foot) outswing metal walk door with combination door handle, on north wall adjacent to existing walk door on existing building. 14.)30-amp 230V sub panel on north wall fed from transfer panel from existing building. 15.)Adjust transfer panel circuits in existing building to accommodate subpanel. 16.)Run propane line from existing tank to feed ceiling mount propane heater. 17.)1 (one) propane heater sized for building installed on north end of building and exhausted through wall. 18.)8 (eight) each 8’(foot) 2 bulb led strip lights 2 each to be placed evenly on north and south end of ceiling close to walls, and 2 each to be placed on both sides of center bay parallel to the long access of the bay. 19.)Double duplex 20a, 120v outlets spaced nominally every 9’(foot) on west wall, and spaced nominally every 12’(foot) on the north and south walls. 20.)2 (two) each exterior led dusk to dawn security lights between garage doors, on door pillars. 21.)1 (one) each motion sensor light at walk through door. 22.)4 (four) each single pole gang switches at walk door to control led lighting in bays. 23.)ADA Compliant ramp positioning will be discussed on site visit. |
