Remove and dispose of the existing mechanical system ductwork, furnaces, condensers, and dedicated outdoor air unit. Install new mechanical split system Dx/Furnaces and air distribution and reconnect with existing DDC controls. RIGHT TO REJECT The City of Charlotte reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities as it may deem to be in its best interest. PROJECT LOCATION: Project is located at: CFD FIRE STATION # 35 1120 Pavilion Boulevard Charlotte, North Carolina 28262 The bid bond must meet all other statutory criteria for bid bonds and must be submitted in compliance with 4.3 SUBMISSION OF BIDS of SECTION 00 20 00 - INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The Owner reserves the right to reject bid bonds that do not meet the above criteria.
