The term “crawl space” is used for the area for the site work rear of the barn 16’x 40’ 1. Backfill and secure the abandoned well next to the left wall foundation. 2. Rebuild the stone foundation in two (2) locations in designated crawl space area. Do restoration on crawl space area of barn floor and sills as follows: 1. Remove and replace 16’ of sill on both sides of the back area of the barn. 2. Remove and replace 40’ of sill on back side of barn 3. Remove and Install 2” x 12’ plank flooring to the back 16 Ft x 40 Ft of barn floor. |
