| Description | Fairfax County is soliciting pre-bid qualifications for the construction of a new storm sewer conveyance system located in Hayfield Road (Rte. 635) near Franconia, VA. The purpose of the Hayfield Road Pipe Conveyance System project is to construct a new storm conveyance system in an existing single-family residential neighborhood. As a project within an existing neighborhood, minimizing impacts to the existing residents will be a major concern for the life of this project. These impacts include: the storm sewer, the sanitary sewer, the water lines, roads, and pedestrian facilities, as well as maintaining access to the existing residences. | ||||
