| Description | The general scope of work will consist of a total roof replacement of up to 23,400 sq. ft. to include tear off and removal of existing roof, deck repair, removal of contaminated insulation and replaced with new insulation, install new TPO roof to include sealing drains, vents, gutters, flashing, and roof mounted fixtures. Inspect existing rigid insulation and remove wet, unsuitable, or damaged insulation. Inspect existing steel roof decking for damage or deterioration. New roof will be 60 mil, fully adhered TPO roofing system and installed per the manufacturer’s specifications. Contractor must have 3 years of commercial roofing experience with projects greater than 25,000 sq. ft. in a continuous manner. Residential experience will not be an acceptable form of qualifications. Contractor to provide manufacturer’s 15-year warranty before close of project. |
