Having carefully examined all QUOTE DOCUMENTS prepared by Pierce County, as well as the premises and conditions affecting the work, the Undersigned proposes to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials and perform all work, in accordance with the terms & conditions and prevailing wage requirements attached, which price is hereby designated as to the total proposal price for all necessary work. Weatherization of single-story stick built home located in East Tacoma. Question Deadline 08/21/2023 at 2:00 PM PT This contract may not exceed $50,000, including all fees and taxes. The notice to proceed will be issued within five (5) to ten (10) calendar days of the execution of the Contract by the County. Should there be reasons why the notice to proceed cannot be issued within such period, the time may be extended by mutual agreement between the County and Contractor. All project work shall be completed within 90 calendar days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed by the County.
