The selected site will encompass approximately 2000 square feet of open ground near the entrance of the memorial. The garden construction will include site preparation, concrete flatwork for visitor access, and a 4 feet high natural stone retaining wall. Performance Period: The performance period will be 65 calendar days. It is anticipated that onsite work will begin in Mid-September timeframe. Magnitude: Between $100,000 and $200,000 Bonds: Payment bonding required above $35,000. A bid guarantee with performance and payment bonds would be required for quotes above $150,000.
