Description

Removal and off site disposal of all existin flooring and wall base Preform moisture testing. If moisture is determined to be an issued we will work with the awarded contractor for are solution via a change order Grind of level concrete flooring as needed Remove or encapsulate existing mastic/glue as needed. Supply and install flooring transitions between rooms and floors as needed Warranty of 15 years for delamination and 3 years for installation/labor. Have a pre-installation meeting to coordinate the project schedule and finalize flooring colors. Site clear any removed materials or debris on a daily basis. The building will remain occupied throughout the project and as a result the contractor must leave the area in a clean and safe manner at the end of each work shift. Follow all manufactures installation recommendations and requirements. All work can be completed during the contractor’s normal business hours. Attic Stock: 5% of each type of flooring.
