Description

To perform repairs to the deteriorated structure of the Careers Center bridge and concrete stairs, located on the Arnold Campus. The pedestrian bridge is approximately 10 feet wide by 43 feet in length and is comprised of a concrete slab over metal deck, steel beams, and girders. The structural system of the bridge consists of a 3-inch metal deck with a 3.25-inch concrete slab supported by W10x21 steel beams spaced at approximately 7-feet on center. The steel beams are supported by two (2) W33x118 steel girders.
