Description

The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary for complete landscape maintenance for City Parks and Facilities. The services, all tasks incidental to contracted functions not specifically listed but normally included in general landscape practices will be provided. Maintenance of landscaping shall include, but not limited to mowing, trimming, pruning, fertilization, weed control, cultivation, rodent control, watering, plant replacements, and cleanup of drainage facilities using green landscape maintenance procedures. The City supports the use of non-hazardous cleaning agents and other safety and environmentally conscious practices
