The Project generally entails the reconfiguration (i.e. full removal and reconstruction) of the existing restrooms at Ground Level and First Floor at City Hall, located at 515 North Avenue in New Rochelle, New York. The main goals of the Project are to refresh the appearance of the restrooms, improve user experience and make the restroom facility ADA compliant.
