Well House Replacement - Contract II

**As of December 6, 2019, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. For Well House Replacement - Contract II Replacement of existing well No. 2 well house with a new block structure to include demolition of existing building, foundation, materials, roofing, painting, electrical, lighting, generator, controls, site work and all appurtenances necessary to complete the work. The Owner requires the Project to be substantially completed in 80 calendar day and completed in 90 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed. Bidders may be Bid on one or both projects at the Bidders discretion. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or cashier's check in the amount of a sum no less than five (5) percent of the Bid Price but not more than $50,000.00. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, bidder's license number, address and name of the project. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission.
