Bermuda Sod Removal, Delivery, and Installation for Various County Parks

Contractor shall provide Bermuda grass sod, removal, delivery, and installation services. The Contractor shall properly cut, remove, and dispose of existing damaged sod, provide suitable leveling material (topsoil), and install new Tifway 419 Bermuda grass sod in conjunction with the County’s needs. Multiple installations shall be required to keep fields in use during the construction process. Only one (1) field shall be closed for repairs at a time. The total square footage replaced annually ranges from 20,000 to 40,000 square feet with the square footage at each park from 1,000 to 5,000 square feet. This is an indefinite quantity contract with no guarantee of a minimum or maximum dollar value. Sod shall meet the requirements of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, and within strict compliance with the latest standards and practices.
