| Description | This project consists of installing approximately 35 manholes to be rehabbed, 11 laterals to be lined and CCTV of 4,549 LF of 8 sanitary sewer main lines. No bids will be received or accepted after the above-specified time for the opening of bids. All bidders must be licensed contractors to perform the type of construction herein described as required by Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 62, Chapter 6, The Contractors Licensing Act of 1994 as amended. The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities or reject any or all bids as deemed in the best interest of the City, and in the event all bids are rejected, the project may be re-advertised. |
